劇組到郊外的“夢魘山莊”拍戲，一場暴雨襲來，衝斷了木橋，同時還衝毀了附近的一座百年墓穴，僵屍竄入山莊害人。
先後兩名組員遇害，手機也失去信號，人心惶惶，相互猜忌。“夢魘山莊”被一種恐怖的氣氛所籠罩。
林銳，鐵杆林正英迷，認為劇組被鬼魅所惑，決定施展茅山道術捉鬼。僵屍、百年女鬼、茅山道士三方混戰；僵屍混戰中，竟上演了一段人鬼情未了的異樣情愫。
